BWG Lagos is pleased to announce an upcoming outreach visit to two primary schools in the Ikorodu area, aimed at extending support to communities further afield. This meaningful initiative will give committee members the opportunity to meet with principals, teachers, parents, and students to better understand the schools’ most pressing needs.

The visit will include classroom tours and discussions on how funds raised through the BWG Christmas Bazaar may be directed toward practical support such as educational materials, books, classroom equipment, and essential student supplies.

Through this upcoming event, BWG Lagos continues its commitment to ensuring charitable efforts create lasting and meaningful impact across the wider Lagos community.

Small World is a long-standing annual charity event that brings together international and local communities in Lagos to celebrate culture, build connections, and support charitable causes across Nigeria. Founded over 30 years ago, the event features participation from multiple countries, each raising funds for selected charities through cultural showcases, food, and community activities.

The 2026 edition, themed “Pearls of Time,” welcomed nearly 1,900 visitors and featured 29 participating countries. The UK booth, traditionally managed by BWG, raised funds in support of Flora’s Trust Center with the help of BWG volunteers, community members, and generous corporate sponsors.
